Join me for an in-depth class on working with local herbs to relieve pain.
In this class, we’ll explore herbal options for pain management, with a focus on native medicinals growing in the Southwest and Colorado in particular.
We'll taste herbs and try topical remedies, as well as learn basic information on harvesting and making medicine. We’ll also discuss herb/drug interactions, as well as options for integrating herbs with other therapeutics, such as bodywork and nutrition.
